"One of the greatest privileges we enjoy as Freemasons is being part of a tradition that stretches across generations.  The Lodges we serve today did not become strong and vibrant by accident.  They were built by dedicated Brothers who gave their time, talents, and leadership to ensure that Arizona Freemasonry would endure and prosper. 

     Among those Brothers are the Past Grand Masters who emerged from your lodges and were trusted with leading the Craft throughout our Jurisdiction.  Their service extended beyond their home Lodge, helping shape the history and future of Arizona Masonry.  Their contributions deserve not only our gratitude, but also our remembrance.  

      I am asking every Lodge to undertake a special effort to recognize and honor the past Grand Masters who have come from your lodge....I encourage each lodge to organize a visit to the gravesites of these distinguished brethren."
